The Midnight Elf is designed to work without creating an account. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information through the app.
Favorites, notes, and interface preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not transmit those entries to us. Uninstalling the app may delete them.
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Google may process payment, account, transaction, and device information under Google's own privacy policy. The app receives subscription status and product identifiers from Google Play so it can unlock purchased themes. We do not receive your full payment-card information.
The app is intended for adults planning household holiday activities and is not directed to children under 13.
Scene cards are bundled with the app and do not include an export, download, print, or share function. Android screen-capture protection is enabled while the app is displayed.
We may update this policy when app practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at the public privacy-policy address shown in Google Play.
